E 0.8 miles to Table Rock, with a fantastic view of Old Speck's 2700' northeast face. The Table Rock Trail then loops back to the AT, so the detour only adds 0.6 miles to your day.
E 0.5 miles to Table Rock, a great viewpoint. After 1.3 miles the Table Rock Trail rejoins the AT, so the loop only adds 0.6 miles to your day.
