Appalachian Trail Metro-North train platform. Trains leave Sa and Su 2:47 and 4:17 p.m., 6:47 p.m. Sa, and 7:21 p.m. Su and arrive Grand Central two hours later. Trains leave Grand Central 7:50 and 9:51 a.m. Sa and Su. Metro-North trains come and go more frequently at Wingdale and Pawling stations.
